You can find more information here. The summit will feature:

  • Speakers and panels on plant-based foods and their social, health and environmental benefits, industry trends, and innovative ideas. The keynote speaker will be Brent Loken, PhD, Global Food Lead Scientist at WWF and lead author on the EAT Lancet report on Food, Planet, Health
  • Plant-based food demonstrations
  • A tradeshow featuring plant-based brands and products
  • A light plant-based breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks
  • Networking opportunities and a Forward Food pledge signing ceremony, to facilitate collaboration and garner commitments to build a better food system together

This summit follows a plant-based culinary training on November 1 for select local chefs and food service professionals. Please note that registration for the summit on November 2 does not guarantee a spot in the November 1 culinary training.
